Nicole brings over 20 years of experience driving novel medical technology solutions and healthcare innovation.
Prior to launching THCI, Nicole led the strategic development & operational launch of the Health Nucleus, Human Longevity Inc.’s integrated genomic health initiative. She was Vice President of Clinical Systems Innovation at West Health, a San Diego based non-profit with core interests in device interoperability, clinical data analytics, and digital health technology solutions. Nicole has held marketing and corporate business development roles at Medtronic, in addition to advisory and consultant positions.
Nicole spent ten years in clinical practice in pediatric cardiology, developed regional clinical programs, authored peer-reviewed publications, and has presented at national conferences. Nicole has her MBA from the Yale School of Management and MSN from the Yale School of Nursing. She graduated with a BS in Biochemistry & Cell Biology from University of California, San Diego.
